As the year turns, new chapters begin
Together, we have journeyed through spring and embraced summer. Time moves forward without pause, and so do we—steadily, confidently, and purposefully. Every sunrise and sunset records the unwavering dedication of the I-FLOW team as we advance toward our goals.
To reflect, learn, and plan for continued excellence, Qingdao I-FLOW Co., Ltd. successfully held its 2025 First Half-Year Work Summary Meeting on July 12.
Meeting Kickoff: Performance & Progress
At 8:30 AM, the meeting began with a keynote speech from company leader Andy Chu. He reported that I-FLOW achieved steady growth from January to June, with sales increasing 8% year-on-year—a milestone that reflects the strength of cross-department collaboration and the effective execution of our strategic roadmap.
Andy Chu also presented a comprehensive analysis of the company’s operations in the first half of the year, reinforcing our commitment to data-driven leadership and continuous improvement.
Departmental Reviews & Strategic Alignment
Department heads followed with insightful presentations that combined data graphics with performance narratives. Their detailed analysis not only reviewed achievements but also identified improvement areas—setting a clear direction for the second half of 2025.
Each report aligned with the company’s annual goals, ensuring that everyone is rowing in the same direction.

Leadership Guidance & Future Outlook
General Manager Owen Wang provided commentary and key directives for the next phase of our development. His address combined long-term strategic insight with practical, actionable guidance, underscoring the importance of proactive alignment with I-FLOW's 2025 strategic objectives.
The meeting pointed out that every I-FLOW person should follow the path of the strategic map, join forces, and jointly promote the company to achieve its 2025 annual strategic goals. The realization of this goal requires all departments to take positive actions around the company's 2025 strategic deployment.
He emphasized that achieving our annual goals requires unified action and execution across all departments, guided by the company’s strategic map.

Empowering Teams Through Situational Leadership
In this meeting, we also invested in team growth by conducting Situational Leadership Training—a model that adapts leadership styles based on the capability and motivation of team members.
Through engaging case studies and role-play inspired by "Learning Management Through Movies," employees explored real-world leadership scenarios, including onboarding new hires and re-engaging underperforming teams. This training aimed to strengthen internal communication and enhance team responsiveness.

Marching Forward TogetherThe mid-year review wasn't just a reflection—it was a launchpad.
With momentum from our first-half achievements and a clear path ahead, a new journey now unfolds under our feet. Every I-FLOW team member is an indomitable warrior, rising to meet challenges and seizing every opportunity with strength, clarity, and unity.
Let’s walk together, grow together, and achieve brilliance together.
