I-FLOW's Annual Review and Future Planning Training Successfully Concluded

To further enhance team cohesion and clarify the annual development direction, I-FLOW recently organized an annual review and future planning training session. All employees participated with great enthusiasm, reflecting on the past and looking forward to the future through in-depth thinking and interactive exchanges, laying a solid foundation for the work of the new year.


I. Colorful Card Icebreaker: Opening Hearts and Enhancing Understanding

The training kicked off with meaningful interactive activities. Each employee randomly drew a symbolic colored card and shared the reasons for their choice with colleagues they interact with most and least frequently. Through this activity, everyone deepened their understanding of each other in a relaxed atmosphere, opening the door for further communication.

II. Time Ladder: From 1960 to 2025

Subsequently, all employees walked up a ladder in order of their birth year, symbolizing partners from the 1960s to the 2000s moving together towards 2025. This "Time Ladder" activity allowed everyone to feel the power of growth in the flow of time and experience the diversity and continuity of the team.


III. 2025 Annual Review: Consolidating Experience and Gaining Insights

In the 2025 annual review session, everyone conducted an in-depth summary around three areas: "the coolest and proudest thing," "the biggest challenge," and "the person or event they are most grateful for," and shared the insights gained from these experiences. Then, everyone summarized their 2025 using metaphors and self-rated themselves across seven dimensions: career, finance, health, entertainment, family, partners, and learning, making the annual review more comprehensive and clear.


IV. 2026 Annual Planning: Clarifying Direction and Accumulating Strength

Looking ahead to 2026, all employees carefully formulated their annual goals and wrote down a message to themselves, their most desired gift, a warning to themselves, the thing they most want to do, and the person they hope to become. At the same time, everyone also clarified what they need to "discard" and "ignite" to achieve their goals, further strengthening their direction in their reflections.


V. Exchanging Messages and Warm Handshakes: Transmitting Strength and Uniting Hearts

At the end of the training, each employee wrote a message for themselves and exchanged cards with colleagues, reading the messages aloud.  Through warm handshakes and sincere blessings, they completed the emotional connection of this training session. All employees took a group photo, bringing the event to a perfect conclusion.
This annual summary and future planning training not only provided everyone with a deeper understanding of the past year but also instilled confidence and strength for the coming year's endeavors. In the future, I-FLOW will continue to unite its efforts and work together, moving towards new goals with even greater determination.
